PARIS
Owner and Vocal Teacher

Paris, founder and director of Amoré, is a WAAPA-trained musician with a Bachelor's Degree in Voice. Specializing in contemporary, music theatre, and classical singing, she brings over ten years of teaching experience. Paris prioritizes enjoyment and confidence in music, tailoring lessons to individual students. Her expertise covers musicality, vocal technique, song interpretation, and addressing performance aspects. Notably, she has written, directed, and music-directed award-winning musicals, including Best Children's Show at the 2019 Perth Fringe World. Paris has previously assisted students in securing GATE Music/Musical Theatre Programs, Musical Scholarships and University Programs including TAFE and WAAPA. Paris, available Monday to Friday at Amoré, looks forward to meeting aspiring musicians.
NIC
Admin, Vocal, Piano and Flute teacher (All rounder!)

A much-adored teacher here within our studio, Nic brings with him a wealth of musical knowledge and insight, along with a vibrant, friendly and lively personality. He loves classical music, contemporary music (he is a massive Delta Goodrem fan!) and music theatre, and his considerable understanding in all three has allowed him to become a well-rounded, versatile and engaging teacher and performer.
Nic focuses on individual musicality, expression, musical understanding and the development and furthering of individual technique and technical skill, and how all of these work together in order to help inform our choices and contribute to a student’s own improvement. His many years as both a teacher and working musician have enabled him to develop a style that is catered to each individual’s needs, helping students of all ages to improve and succeed in their own musical and performing endeavours, and to work towards and achieve their own personal goals.
As well as being a member of our admin team and teaching here at Amoré Music, Nic also performers frequently. He is a member of the acclaimed St. George’s Cathedral Consort, with whom he has performed with WASO, and is a Principal Tenor in The Giovanni Consort, having also served as Assistant Artistic Director for their 2024 Christmas season. He also sings with the St. George’s College Consort and Chapel Choir, and with various other groups around Perth.
Nic teaches flute, voice and piano Monday through Friday here at Amoré Music.
GRACE
Guitar Teacher

Grace has been playing guitar for nine years and has five years of experience teaching students of all ages and skill levels. Her musical expertise spans a variety of styles, with a particular focus on chords, strumming, and intricate finger-picking techniques.
Grace is deeply passionate about teaching and takes pride in sharing her knowledge with her students. She customises her lessons to suit each individual’s unique learning style, creating a positive and engaging environment that makes learning both fun and rewarding. Her friendly and approachable nature ensures her students feel comfortable and supported every step of the way.
Beyond teaching, Grace enjoys performing at various gigs, singing covers, and accompanying herself on guitar for events, such as fundraisers and parties. Since 2023, she has also worked as a music therapist through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), using the power of music to provide comfort and joy to individuals with dementia.
In addition to her musical pursuits, Grace earned a Bachelor of Design in Graphic Design from Curtin University in 2024. She brings her creativity to life through freelance design work, producing diverse projects for clients across various industries. Grace is also an accomplished ballroom dancer with 15 years of experience, which has helped her develop a strong sense of rhythm and timing that she incorporates into her teaching.

MARCUS
Drums and Percussion Teacher and Music Artist Pathway Co-Ordinator

Marcus Bailey is a multi-instrumentalist/composer/song writer/producer/drum teacher.
Music has been a part of his life ever since he was a child, starting drums in year 6 and
developing his musician skills ever since. He currently attends WAAPA University, studying contemporary music, specialising in the drum kit. He currently works as a drum teacher, inspiring the next generation to continue the great work of music as he was inspired to do himself by great musicians before him. He is currently in a local Perth band, SOUP, in which he plays drums and backing vocals. Marcus’s unique style of music mixes jazz, rock, funk and pop, which gives a fresh new kick to the current music scene. Marcus strives on the principle of being different and aims to add a fresh new layer to the music industry. With Marcus’s knowledge of music, he has won several awards including his high school music award, twice, and the year 12 arts award for outstanding performance in the arts. Marcus strives to aid the future of the music industry and plans to burst onto the scene with his new take in music. He is a very passionate musician and will stop at nothing to achieve his goal of becoming a great musician.

GEMMA
Voice Teacher

Gemma trained at The Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts in London (England), and has been working professionally ever since; performing in the UK, Internationally and on cruise ships. Alongside performing Gemma also teaches as it's something she is really passionate about, seeing the confidence and knowledge of a student continue to grow, week after week, gaining an insight into the industry and learning important life skills. Gemma has years of teaching and performance experience, and is really proud to be able to share her passion, knowledge, and experience with the students at Amoré!

ABBY
Voice Teacher

Performing since she was 6 years old, Abby is an actor, singer and dancer from the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. After completing a Diploma in Musical theatre from the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) in 2022, Abby is currently studying her Bachelor of Arts (Music Theatre) at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA).
Growing up, Abby competed in Eisteddfods for over 10 years in Speech and Drama and Singing and won the Brisbane Performing Arts Competition twice in the Drama section, judged by NIDA. Abby has plenty of performance experience, performing in roles such as Mrs Potts in Beauty and the Beast and The Baker’s Wife in Into the Woods.
Abby also loves baking, pigs and her dog Carlos.

ELLIE
Voice, Piano and Violin Teacher

Ellie is a versatile and highly regarded musician and educator, teaching piano, violin, and voice. She began her musical journey at six, studying piano and voice, and added violin at eight. She holds a degree in Music from UWA and has several years of experience as a classroom music teacher, combining her performance expertise with a strong foundation in pedagogy.
An accomplished performer, Ellie sings with esteemed choral ensembles around Perth, bringing her expressive voice and musicality to a wide range of performances. Her passions span Baroque music, soulful contemporary pieces, and atmospheric new age compositions.
Outside of music, Ellie enjoys the beach, snorkelling, and diving, with her favourite colours turquoise and green reflecting her love of the ocean. She dreams of one day performing the iconic saxophone intro to Careless Whisper, or singing at La Scala or as a backup vocalist for Olivia Dean.
ALFIE
Drum Teacher

Alfie is a dedicated drum instructor and Bachelor of Music student at WAAPA, majoring in Jazz Drum Kit Performance. A graduate of Churchlands Senior High School’s esteemed music program, he holds Certificates II and III in Music Industry.
Alfie teaches students of all genres, from beginners to intermediate players, focusing on strong technique, creativity, and musicality. He actively performs around Perth with the indie pop band CNTR and the Swing Shift Big Band, staying closely connected to live music. His engaging, student-centered teaching style helps students build confidence, develop skills, and foster a genuine passion for drumming.

SELINA
Piano Teacher

Selina has been playing music since the age of 3 and began learning to play the piano 15 years ago. With nearly 10 years of piano teaching experience, she loves teaching students of all ages and abilities and has a passion for both contemporary and classical music. She creates a safe and welcoming environment for students to learn the piano by encouraging students to not only develop their technique but to find their confidence and joy in playing the music that they love. Selina also enjoys playing the violin and has performed in various orchestras and quartets growing up, and is currently playing with the Joondalup Symphony Orchestra.

TIA
Piano Teacher

Tia is currently studying Environmental Engineering at the University of Western Australia. A passionate musician since age 7, she has achieved Grade 7 in piano. With extensive teaching experience across a wide age range, Tia loves sharing her passion for music and inspiring students of all ages to reach their full potential.
Tia teaches Piano at Amoré on Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings.
CAROLINA
Voice Teacher

Singer-songwriter from Ecuador, Carolina holds a degree in Academic Composition and Music Production. Trained in both classical and contemporary singing, her approach to vocal technique is grounded in vocal health and versatility across different musical genres.
With over six years of experience teaching voice, music theory, and directing children's choirs, she creates a fun and welcoming learning environment where each student's personality can bloom through music. Carolina aims to make music learning friendly and accessible for students of all levels and backgrounds, encouraging a love for music above perfection while maintaining high standards of performance and knowledge—without frustration or pressure along the way.
As a composer, she has participated in multiple projects for choirs, bands, and orchestras, drawing inspiration from the world around her. Music has always been her source of comfort and joy, and she hopes that everyone who begins their musical journey can experience that same happiness.
Carolina teaches Voice and Songwriting at Amoré on Tuesday, Wednesday's, Friday's and Saturday's.
KERI
Voice and Dance Teacher

Keri teaches Voice at Amoré on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons and Saturdays.
ZAC
Drum Teacher

Zac is an accomplished contemporary drumkit performer and educator, with a passion for music that began at the age of nine. He has developed his skills through both performance and formal study, including time at WAAPA and a year with the prestigious Defying Gravity Ensemble, founded by Tim White.
Currently, Zac is completing a Bachelor of Education at ECU, preparing him to combine performance and teaching in a full-time music career. He also holds Cert II and Cert III in Music Performance, earned during high school, reflecting his early dedication and expertise.
In addition to his academic and ensemble experience, Zac is an active member of the surf indie rock band Rodney Starfish, with whom he has performed for the past three years. His breadth of experience in performance, ensemble work, and music education makes him a versatile and inspiring tutor for students of all levels.

Anthony brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and a genuinely thoughtful approach to teaching. In his lessons, it’snot just about learning songs, it’s about building musicianship, confidence, and a deeper understanding of music.
Currently studying at WAAPA and working across multiple styles, Anthony supports students of all ages and levels, whether they are just starting out or working towards auditions, exams, or performances.

Behind the Scenes Guy

Aaron is our behind-the-scenes maestro at the studio, handling office management and providing event support. While not a musician himself (although he can sing 'do re mi'), he enjoys our vibrant studio culture and hearing our talented performers. Catch Aaron around the studio or at special events and concerts, adding his unique support to our creative endeavours.
