Kirilee

Hi, I'm Kirilee,

​

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Voice from WAAPA and specialise in teaching musical theatre and classical singing. I am currently pursuing a degree in Performing Arts, majoring in Musical Theatre, as well as completing a Master of Teaching, majoring in drama and music.

​

I have experience teaching singing, acting and musical theatre to various ages, in both solo and class settings. I also currently teach for a national performing arts organisation, where I have been employed for eight years. 

​

To me, music and performing is all about enjoying the process, while exploring and creating. I believe it is important to keep that sense of enjoyment while helping students improve technique and confidence. I cater my teaching to the individual student and aim to facilitate a safe space where students can have a go, explore and challenge themselves. Within lessons, I focus on a variety of skills such as vocal technique, musicality, performance strategies, acting and performance.

I have a WWCC, Police Clearance and am fully vaccinated for COVID.
